It all started with my daughter and a full-loaded single father(me). To make a living, I have to work two jobs. The only time I get to spend with my daughter is dinner time and coaxing my daughter to sleep so I can catch my night shift. There was a time when my daughter kept having nightmares for several nights in a row. She cried hard each time she saw me because she knew she needed to sleep soon.
"Dad, are you leaving?"
"No, not yet, honey. I will be here until you fall asleep."
"Dad, when you leave, can you dim the light instead of turning it off? That way, I won't be so afraid of the bad guys in my dream when I wake up."
"Sure, honey, let me see what I can do."
I then rushed out and searched all the lighting stores in the city that night but found nothing.
The problem was finally solved by me taking a day off from my two jobs and building a dimmable lamp from scratch. Six months later, Censlighting was founded.

Driven out of pure love for my daughter, I founded Censlighting. Lighting is more like an element of communication between humans. Just like my daughter still has the lamp I made for her to this day, we hope you will use all the lightings you find in our store for years to come.
