We have indoor and outdoor lamps, which you can choose from on our website. If it is stated to be used outdoors, it can be used outdoors.

We conduct strict quality inspections on all products before shipment. However, due to the complex manufacturing process and logistics involved, slight scratches or color changes may occur, but they will not affect the function of the product. This is considered normal and we prioritize the quality of the physical product over any preconceived expectations.


9. Can I change or modify my shipping address or the size in my order?

We are happy to assist you with modifying your order prior to shipment. We are unable to make any changes once your package has been shipped. Please contact our Customer Service team via email at [email protected] and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Payment

Free shipping for all orders. No minimum purchase. We currently accept major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, etc) and PayPal payments. Although you will be able to display prices in different currencies, We will still process orders in default US dollars. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. You should receive a tracking confirmation email to track the status of your order within the 3-5 business day handling time after your order has been completely processed.

 

Shipping

Special Notification: During holiday season, we would appreciate your understanding that orders may need an extra handling time(no more than 5 days) We apologize for the delay. Thanks for your understanding and support.  Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Shipping Time (+ any holidays) Handling time: 3 - 7 Business Days. It is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when the seller hands the order over to the delivery service. Shipping time refers to the duration from when the seller hands the order over to the carrier until its delivery to the customer’s address. We offer two shipping options:
  1. Standard Shipping: Delivery in 15~21 days for any order, free of charge.
  2. Expedited Shipping: Delivery in 7~14 days. Please note that most orders are eligible for this option, excluding virtual orders. The shipping fee starts from $59.99.
Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of the order, and can take longer than expected date due to the invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.

Important Note: If certain specialized products cannot be processed through expedited channels, we will reach out to you via email to arrange shipment via regular expedited service with a refund of shipping costs. If you do not wish to receive the standard shipping option, please respond within 24 hours. If we do not receive a response, we will automatically proceed with the standard shipping option.

Who pays the import Tax and VAT? In most cases, our parcels pass through customs without VAT payable. However, in certain circumstances especially on larger orders, we may need to provide more information to customs and need to cooperate with the buyer to provide paperwork. Please be aware that each destination country has a different import tax threshold on the value of goods that can be imported into the country before the import tax is chargeable. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. If you belong to the European Union, Canada, and the United States, we will ship by UPS/FedEx/USPS, Door to door, and you do not need to pay any import duties. At Censlighting.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes customers may need to return a product. Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of order confirmation. After this time, refunds will not be available. If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us and we may be able to cancel your order. If a customer needs to replace any products in their order after placing it, please contact our team within 48 hours. Otherwise, the order will be shipped as originally placed. Our policy allows for returns and refunds under the following conditions:

Eligible Return & Exchange

  1. If there is a problem with the product quality or it is damaged during transportation, we will offer free return and exchange services.
  2. If the return is due to the customer's subjective desire (such as ordering the wrong size or product), we may not accept the return and the customer will need to pay for shipping if they insist on returning the item.
  3. Partial Refund: We may offer a partial refund for returned items that are missing original parts, or we can resend the missing parts.

Return Policy

Our return and exchange policy is valid for 30 days from the date of receipt, as confirmed by your tracking number. If more than 30 days have passed since the delivery of your item, we regret to inform you that we cannot process a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in its original condition with original packaging. Please ensure you contact us within this time frame to initiate a return or exchange.

Returns Process

Step 0: Read our return policy above to determine whether your order qualifies to be refunded/returned.

Step 1: Submit an inquiry including your reason for return at [email protected] 

Step 2: We confirm the refund amount you qualify for depending on your reason for return and items in your order.

Step 3: We provide the return address (13459 Brooks Drive Suite A, Baldwin Park, CA) and shipment labelling instructions.

Notice: If you do not follow the provided return procedure, the warehouse will be unable to receive and process your return package, and we will be unable to issue a refund to you.

Step 4: You ship the item at your own cost. We do not cover the cost of return shipping or provide pre-paid labels. Please print out your order confirmation email and include it in the returning package.

Step 5: Notify us via email that you have sent your return and provide us with your tracking number if applicable.

Step 6: We will process your return within 3-5 business days of receiving your returned items.

Step 7: If it is shipped from our factory to the destination, you need to return the package to our factory.

If the package is shipped from our warehouse to the destination, you need to return the package to our warehouse, so we need to provide a different return address according to your order.

If the customer does not comply with the return policy, any potential risks and losses will be borne by the customer.
