I ordered my Fandelier and it took more than 6 weeks to arrived, installed it and it only worked for a few days. I had called and email costumer services and nothing had been resolved > I will not Recommend this product or this company there is no pride of ownership . I still have the faulty device at home waiting for labels to return it and get my money back.
The light is beautiful and it was shipped in a crate like box and arrived in perfect condition. However it was missing a ket part and that had to be shipped out, then during install the light part that connects to the down rod did not match so I have still not installed the chandelier waiting to hear back on what options are available.
