Q: Does the warm white or cold white version of the product come with a remote control?

A: Unfortunately, only the dimmable version of the wall lamp comes with a remote control.

Q: Is there a plug included with the product?

A: No, our wall lamp is wired and is recommended to be installed by an electrician.

Q: Can I change or modify my shipping address or the sizes in my order?

A: We would be happy to assist you in modifying your order before it has been shipped. Once your package has been shipped, we cannot make any changes. Please kindly contact our customer service team via email at [email protected], and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Payment

Free shipping for all orders. No minimum purchase. We currently accept major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, etc) and PayPal payments. Although you will be able to display prices in different currencies, We will still process orders in default US dollars. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. Who pays the import Tax and VAT? In most cases, our parcels pass through customs without VAT payable. However, in certain circumstances especially on larger orders, we may need to provide more information to customs and need to cooperate with the buyer to provide paperwork. Please be aware that each destination country has a different import tax threshold on the value of goods that can be imported into the country before the import tax is chargeable. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. If you belong to the European Union, Canada, and the United States, we will ship by UPS/FedEx/USPS, Door to door, and you do not need to pay any import duties. At Censlighting.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes customers may need to return a product. Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of order confirmation. After this time, refunds will not be available. If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us and we may be able to cancel your order. If a customer needs to replace any products in their order after placing it, please contact our team within 48 hours. Otherwise, the order will be shipped as originally placed. Our policy allows for returns and refunds under the following conditions:
