At Censlighting.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes customers may need to return a product. Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of order confirmation. After this time, refunds will not be available. If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us and we may be able to cancel your order.
