2. $59.99:For order values of $0-$499.99, Expedited Shipping (7~14 business days)

3. $99.99: For order values of $$500-$999.99, Expedited Shipping (7~14 business days)

4. $199.99:For order values of $1000 and up, Expedited Shipping (7~14 business days)

Important Note: If certain specialized products cannot be processed through expedited channels, we will reach out to you via email to arrange shipment via regular expedited service with a refund of shipping costs. If you do not wish to receive the standard shipping option, please respond within 24 hours. If we do not receive a response, we will automatically proceed with the standard shipping option.

Who pays the import Tax and VAT? In most cases, our parcels pass through customs without VAT payable. However, in certain circumstances especially on larger orders, we may need to provide more information to customs and need to cooperate with the buyer to provide paperwork. Please be aware that each destination country has a different import tax threshold on the value of goods that can be imported into the country before the import tax is chargeable. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. If you belong to the European Union, Canada, and the United States, we will ship by UPS/FedEx/USPS, Door to door, and you do not need to pay any import duties. (Our freight forwarder will pay your import duties) This service is limited to selection: standard shipping channels Special attention: Please choose standard shipping channels for Britain, Belgium, Poland, Spain, Germany, Luxembourg, Austria, Sweden, and Hungary, otherwise the customs may impose expensive import duties.

At Censlighting.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes customers may need to return a product. Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of order confirmation. After this time, refunds will not be available. If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us and we may be able to cancel your order. If a customer needs to replace any products in their order after placing it, please contact our team within 48 hours. Otherwise, the order will be shipped as originally placed. Our policy allows for returns and refunds under the following conditions:

Eligible Return & Exchange

1. If there is a problem with the product quality or it is damaged during transportation, we will offer free return and exchange services.
2. If the return is due to the customer's subjective desire (such as ordering the wrong size or product), we may not accept the return and the customer will need to pay for shipping if they insist on returning the item.
3. Partial Refund: We may offer a partial refund for returned items that are missing original parts, or we can resend the missing parts.

Important Note: Please be advised that we do not accept returns or refunds for custom-made products unless it is due to condition 1 mentioned above.

Return Policy

Our return and exchange policy is valid for 30 days from the date of receipt, as confirmed by your tracking number. If more than 30 days have passed since the delivery of your item, we regret to inform you that we cannot process a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in its original condition with original packaging. Please ensure you contact us within this time frame to initiate a return or exchange.

Returns Process

Step 0: Read our return policy above to determine whether your order qualifies to be refunded/returned.

Step 1: Submit an inquiry including your reason for return at [email protected] 

Step 2: We confirm the refund amount you qualify for depending on your reason for return and items in your order.

Step 3: We provide the return address (13459 Brooks Drive Suite A, Baldwin Park, CA) and shipment labelling instructions.

Notice: If you do not follow the provided return procedure, the warehouse will be unable to receive and process your return package, and we will be unable to issue a refund to you.

Step 4: You ship the item at your own cost. We do not cover the cost of return shipping or provide pre-paid labels. Please print out your order confirmation email and include it in the returning package.

Step 5: Notify us via email that you have sent your return and provide us with your tracking number if applicable.

Step 6: We will process your return within 3-5 business days of receiving your returned items.

Step 7: If it is shipped from our factory to the destination, you need to return the package to our factory.

If the package is shipped from our warehouse to the destination, you need to return the package to our warehouse, so we need to provide a different return address according to your order.

If the customer does not comply with the return policy, any potential risks and losses will be borne by the customer.
