We conduct strict quality inspections on all products before shipment. Payment

Free shipping for all orders. No minimum purchase. We currently accept major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, etc) and PayPal payments. Although you will be able to display prices in different currencies, We will still process orders in default US dollars. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. You should receive a tracking confirmation email to track the status of your order within the 3-5 business day handling time after your order has been completely processed.

Shipping

Special Notification: During holiday season, we would appreciate your understanding that orders may need an extra handling time(no more than 5 days) We apologize for the delay. Who pays the import Tax and VAT? In most cases, our parcels pass through customs without VAT payable. Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of order confirmation. After this time, refunds will not be available. If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us and we may be able to cancel your order. Step 2: We confirm the refund amount you qualify for depending on your reason for return and items in your order.

Step 3: We provide the return address (13459 Brooks Drive Suite A, Baldwin Park, CA) and shipment labelling instructions.

Notice: If you do not follow the provided return procedure, the warehouse will be unable to receive and process your return package, and we will be unable to issue a refund to you.

Step 4: You ship the item at your own cost. We do not cover the cost of return shipping or provide pre-paid labels. Please print out your order confirmation email and include it in the returning package.

Step 5: Notify us via email that you have sent your return and provide us with your tracking number if applicable.

Step 6: We will process your return within 3-5 business days of receiving your returned items.

Step 7: If it is shipped from our factory to the destination, you need to return the package to our factory.
